Refund and Return Policy
Undelivered orders
In the event that an order is not delivered for reasons attributable to us (e.g. loss) the entire amount paid will be reimbursed.
If the reason for the “non-delivery” is attributable to the customer the amount to be reimbursed will be deducted from the costs of sending and returning.
Cancelled orders
Cancellation of an order is only possible if the payment has not yet been made and it has not yet been processed.
How to return or exchange an order
a) In case of purchase in physical store
The order must be delivered to our address accompanied by the respective purchase invoice.
b) In case of purchase in the online store
Contact us via the email address encomendas@cordeirosfarm.com order number, copy of the invoice, photograph of the product in question and description of the problem. After this contact you will be provided with the necessary information to follow up the exchange or return.
Important: Do not send the articles without prior contact, as they will not be received.
Note 1: The shipping costs to our address are borne by the customer, except in cases where the reason for the return or exchange is attributable to us or to the carrier.
Note 2: The exchange or refund will only be made after checking the status of the product.
Note 3: Fresh category products are not eligible for exchange or return.
Return of orders
The maximum period for returning or exchanging an order is 14 days after receipt of the order.
The return is only accepted if the products are in their original, unviolated packaging, accompanied by their purchase invoice.
Products returned after a maximum of 14 days.
After 14 days of receiving the order, any return or exchange of products will only be taken into account if it is invoked and accepted by us, reason for “just cause”.
Exchanges and refunds
a) Procedures
Payment of the refund will be made by the same way as the one used at the time of payment of the initial order, for example, Credit or Debit Card and ATM or PayPal.
b) Costs
If the reason for the return is attributable to us (e.g. defective product or error in the processing of the order) will be reimbursed the entire amount paid by the customer. However, in the event that we are faced with an order of several products and only one part is the subject of return or exchange, the reimbursement of the shipping costs will not be processed.A)
