Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

For processed products, delivery is made nationwide (Portugal) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

For fresh products, delivery is made nationwide (Portugal), namely the districts of Aveiro, Coimbra, Castelo Branco, Lisbon, Porto, Albufeira, Elvas and Vila Real.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

– Refrigerated transport

To serve you better, our fresh produce is sent in refrigerated transport to preserve its quality from the farm to your door. As such, the following rates apply per district:

– Not refrigerated

Only applicable to processed products (Frutoca, Honey or Jams). If you select some of these products together with our fresh products, the refrigerated transport rate will apply.

Mainland and Spain deliveries:

Orders over 50.00 euros are free of charge, national – mainland.

Island deliveries (Madeira and Azores):

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate shipping costs abroad as follows:

– EU countries: €16.70.

– Non-EU countries (without USA): €28.90.

– United States of America (USA): 30,95€

– Guinea-Bissau, S. Tomé and Príncipe and East Timor: €27.60.

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered nationally (Portugal) within 3 to 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 to 7 days after confirmation of payment.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the items in a single consignment, unless we have entered into different agreements. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
